To anyone seeking a real estate professional (and I emphasize the word professional) should consider contracting with the Kim and Mike Bromley.
My relationship with the Bromley’s actually began with my daughter, who was relocating from California. As she began searching for a local agent, she received many responses to her inquiries. However, Kim was the only one who took time to write a personal note - our first indication of the type of service provided by this team. Not only did Kim find a perfect home for my daughter’s primary residence, she also helped her find another home as an investment property a short time later.
I found myself calling upon Kim a few years later when I decided to move across the bay to Pinellas County. After talking with Kim, she was so “in tune” with what I wanted, I actually fell in love with one of the properties she took me to see on our first outing. Having never been through the home buying process on my own, I can’t tell you how comforting it was to have Kim as my agent.
